Meet James Field
James has been a Primary School Teacher for the past 16 years, 10 of those being in Special Education and welfare. Beyond his role in mainstream classrooms, he was a Visiting Teacher at the Department of Education for 3 years, specialising in behaviour management, engaged play, social skills, individual learning plans and classroom strategies to enhance student engagement. He has also produced a range of publications, including educational texts on social skills and a series of picture books that celebrate diversity and inclusion.
